We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team at Cyberbeak. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of our software development services in local and international markets, particularly in Dubai and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends, particularly in the UAE and high-paying international markets.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, bids, and contracts that align with client needs and showcase Cyberbeak’s services.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the software development or IT industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored software solutions.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and technology trends.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Availability: Willingness to travel to meet clients, particularly in Dubai and the UAE.
