We are seeking an experienced Senior React.js Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing complex, high-performance web applications using React.js. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable front-end architectures, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Architect and optimize front-end applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into high-quality code.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration of front-end components with back-end systems and APIs.
• Implement state management using Redux or other relevant libraries.
• Work closely with backend developers to define and consume RESTful APIs.
• Optimize applications for cross-browser compatibility and performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our projects cutting-edge.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across the stack and deliver high-quality, well-documented code.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+.
• Solid experience with state management tools like Redux, Context API, or MobX.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture principles, including component design patterns and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Next.js or Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization tools (e.g., Lighthouse, New Relic).
