Product Overview

A Platform for Organisations That Run Auctions as a Core Function

Enterprise Auction is Cyberbeak's most fully-featured auction platform — designed for auction houses, government bodies, financial institutions and estate specialists that run auctions as a core business function rather than occasionally. It is not adapted from a general-purpose tool: it was built around the compliance, settlement and operational complexity that institutional auction operators actually face.

The platform is deployed for a UAE-based auction house handling multi-currency cross-border sales — covering live and timed auction formats, multi-lot catalogues, KYC buyer verification and GBP, USD and AED settlement in a single event. That real-world complexity is the foundation the product is built on.

Every deployment is white-labelled under your domain and brand. The compliance engine is configured to your regulatory framework. The bidding rules, settlement logic and consignor reporting are shaped around your auction type — not a generic template you have to work around.

Features

Enterprise-grade Auction Capabilities

Six core modules built for institutional auction operators — compliance, real-time bidding, settlement and reporting included.

Real-time & Timed Bidding

Live auction rooms and scheduled timed auctions run on the same platform. Anti-sniping time extensions, configurable proxy bid logic and reserve thresholds are all set per auction — not globally fixed.

Multi-lot Catalogue Management

Bulk lot import with condition data, image galleries, lot ordering and multi-session auction scheduling. Manage hundreds of lots across concurrent auction events without operations team bottlenecks.

KYC & Compliance Engine

Buyer identity verification, AML screening checks, bid deposit management and full audit trails per transaction. Purpose-built for organisations with regulatory obligations around buyer due diligence.

Cross-border Multi-currency Settlement

Supports GBP, USD, AED, SAR and additional currencies. Buyer's premium, VAT application, automated invoice generation and a settlement ledger per auction — with consignor-level financial reporting.

White-label & Multi-brand

Fully white-labelled under your domain and brand throughout. Supports multi-brand deployments for organisations operating several auction brands from a single platform — each with its own buyer-facing identity.

Enterprise Reporting & Analytics

Lot velocity analysis, buyer behaviour patterns, hammer rate benchmarking, consignor reporting and full financial reconciliation. Auctioneer dashboards show live event health; post-auction exports go straight to finance.

Who It's For

Built for Institutional and Professional Auction Operators

Enterprise Auction fits organisations where auction is a regulated, repeatable and revenue-critical function — not an occasional event.

Auction houses running regular asset, vehicle or estate sales

Established auction businesses that need a platform matching their operational complexity — multi-session events, consignor splits, real-time auctioneer control and buyer-level compliance.

Government agencies and public sector bodies disposing of seized or surplus assets

Public sector organisations requiring full audit trails, compliant buyer verification, transparent hammer records and multi-currency settlement for cross-border disposal programmes.

Banks, insurers and asset managers liquidating portfolios

Financial institutions disposing of repossessed vehicles, property or other secured assets who need a compliant, auditable, white-labelled auction channel that does not expose their brand unnecessarily.

Estate agents and probate specialists running property and contents auctions

Specialist firms running residential or commercial property auctions alongside estate and probate contents sales — needing a single platform with flexible lot types and buyer registration controls.

How It Works

From Auction Rules to Settlement in Four Steps

01

Configure Auction Rules

Set bidding increments, reserve thresholds, proxy bid logic, anti-sniping windows, buyer's premium structures and fee schedules. Each auction or auction series can carry its own rule set — no platform-wide constraint.

02

Build Your Catalogue

Import lots in bulk with images, condition reports and valuations. Schedule single-session or multi-session auctions. Lots can be ordered, grouped and published to buyers with full detail pages and document attachments.

03

Run the Auction

Verified buyers register, complete KYC and bid in real time — live or timed. Your team monitors the event from the auctioneer dashboard: live bid activity, buyer identity, lot status and the ability to pause or extend at any point.

04

Settle & Reconcile

Automated invoicing triggers immediately post-auction. Settlement tracking, consignor reports and buyer payment status are visible in real time. A full audit trail — bids, times, buyer identity, hammer price — is retained per lot.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Enterprise Auction and Vehicle Auction SaaS?
Vehicle Auction SaaS is optimised specifically for vehicle lots — VIN import, condition grading, and the buyer workflows typical of automotive remarketing. Enterprise Auction is Cyberbeak's more fully-featured platform designed for organisations running auctions as a core business function across any asset class: vehicles, property, art, equipment, seized assets or mixed catalogues. Enterprise Auction also includes a more complete compliance engine (KYC, AML, audit trail) and is built for organisations with regulatory obligations around buyer due diligence.
Can we run live and timed auctions simultaneously?
Yes. The platform supports concurrent auction sessions in different formats. A timed auction can be running in the background while a live auctioneer-driven session is in progress. Each session has its own bidder pool, lot set and rules. For organisations running multiple auction brands, each brand can have its own simultaneous events managed from a shared admin panel.
How does proxy bidding work?
When a buyer sets a proxy bid, they enter their maximum amount. The system automatically bids on their behalf in the configured increment steps whenever they are outbid — up to their maximum. The buyer's maximum is never revealed to other bidders or the auctioneer. Proxy bids are processed server-side in real time; if two buyers have active proxy bids, the system resolves the outcome immediately and notifies the losing bidder. Anti-sniping rules apply to proxy-triggered bids in the same way as manual bids.
What compliance requirements do you support (KYC / AML)?
The compliance engine supports document upload for identity verification (passport, driving licence, company registration), AML screening via integration with your preferred screening provider, bid deposit collection and management, approved buyer list controls, and a complete per-transaction audit trail. The specific compliance workflow is configured to match your regulatory obligations during onboarding. We do not mandate a single KYC provider — we integrate with the one your compliance team already uses.
Can this handle cross-border buyers paying in different currencies?
Yes. The settlement layer supports multi-currency invoicing — GBP, USD, AED, SAR and additional currencies on request. Buyer's premium and VAT are applied per buyer based on their jurisdiction and the auction configuration. Invoices are generated in the buyer's currency at the rate locked at hammer time. Consignor reports show settlement in the consignor's base currency. We have deployed this for UAE-based auction houses handling cross-border buyers paying in GBP, USD and AED within the same event.
