Product Overview

A Platform Built on Real Auction Operations

Vehicle Auction SaaS is Cyberbeak's auction platform built specifically for vehicle dealers, remarketing companies, fleet disposal operators and insurance salvage auctions. It is not a general-purpose auction tool adapted for vehicles — it was designed from day one around vehicle lot data, multi-condition grading, buyer verification and the settlement workflows that vehicle auctions require.

The platform is built on real auction operations used by clients in the UAE and UK markets. Real-time WebSocket bidding handles concurrent buyers without lag. Multi-lot catalogue management covers everything from single-seller clearance events to multi-consignor marketplaces. Buyer registration includes KYC document upload, deposit management and approved-buyer list controls — so you control exactly who can bid on your lots.

Every deployment is white-labelled under your domain and brand. Your buyers see your platform. Your admin team sees your dashboard. Cyberbeak handles the infrastructure, updates and security so your team can focus on running great auctions.

Features

Everything Your Auction Operation Needs

Six core modules covering the full auction lifecycle — from lot upload to settled invoice.

Real-time Bidding Engine

WebSocket-based bidding with sub-200ms bid processing, anti-sniping time extensions and configurable bidding increments. Handles concurrent bidders across multiple live lots without queue lag.

Vehicle Lot Management

Bulk VIN import, condition report capture, multi-image galleries, reserve price management and auction scheduling. Manage hundreds of lots across single or multi-session events from one dashboard.

Buyer Registration & Verification

KYC document upload, bid deposit management and approved buyer list controls. Restrict bidding to verified buyers only — with automated reminders for incomplete registrations.

Multi-currency Settlement

Supports GBP, USD and AED with automated buyer's premium calculation, VAT application and invoice generation post-auction. Settlement tracking built into the platform — no manual reconciliation.

White-label & Custom Branding

Deploy entirely under your own domain and brand. Custom colour palette, email templates, buyer-facing portals and admin dashboards — Cyberbeak branding is absent throughout.

Analytics & Reporting

Post-auction performance reports covering buyer participation, hammer rates, vehicle velocity and revenue by auction. Trend analysis across events helps you optimise reserve prices and scheduling.

Who It's For

Designed for Vehicle Auction Operators

If you are moving vehicles through a competitive, structured process — this platform was built for you.

Vehicle dealerships running their own remarketing or disposal auctions

Dealers with used vehicle stock who want to move inventory faster through a structured, competitive auction rather than traditional trade-in or wholesale channels.

Insurance salvage and total-loss vehicle operators

Companies managing high volumes of salvage, write-off and recovered vehicles who need efficient lot clearance with documented buyer verification and audit trails.

Fleet management companies disposing of end-of-life vehicles

Fleet operators with regular disposal cycles who need a repeatable, white-labelled auction process that maximises recovery value across mixed vehicle types.

Remarketing firms building a multi-seller marketplace

Businesses aggregating vehicle stock from multiple consignors onto one platform, requiring consignor-level reporting, split settlement and a white-label buyer experience.

How It Works

From Configuration to First Auction in Four Steps

01

Configure Your Platform

Set up your branding, buyer registration requirements, lot templates, bidding increment tables, anti-sniping rules, buyer's premium and reserve logic. Configuration takes days, not weeks.

02

Import Your Inventory

Bulk import vehicle lots via CSV or API — VIN data, condition grades, images and reserve prices pulled in at scale. Lots are published to your auction catalogue with full buyer-facing detail pages.

03

Open Bidding

Launch timed or live auction events. Registered buyers bid in real time from any device. The auctioneer dashboard shows live bid activity, buyer identity and lot status across the entire event.

04

Settle & Report

Post-auction invoices are generated automatically. Settlement tracking, buyer payment status and post-auction analytics are available immediately — including per-lot and per-buyer breakdowns.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we white-label this under our own brand?
Yes — white-label deployment is the standard model. The platform runs on your domain, carries your brand throughout, and uses your email sender identity for all buyer communications. There is no Cyberbeak branding visible to your buyers or admin users. We configure the colour palette, logo placement, email templates and any custom copy as part of the onboarding process.
Does it support live and timed auction formats?
Both are supported. Timed auctions run for a set period with automatic closing — anti-sniping extends the timer if a bid arrives in the final minutes. Live auctions are auctioneer-driven, with the auctioneer controlling lot progression in real time while buyers bid simultaneously from any device. Most clients use timed auctions for regular stock clearance and live format for premium or high-value events.
How do you handle anti-sniping?
Anti-sniping is configurable per auction. When a bid is placed within a defined window before lot close (typically the final 60““120 seconds), the lot timer automatically extends by a set duration — commonly 60 seconds. This continues until no further bids arrive within the window, at which point the lot closes. The extension window and duration are set during auction configuration.
Can we import our existing vehicle inventory?
Yes. We provide a bulk CSV import template aligned to standard vehicle data fields — VIN, make, model, year, mileage, condition grade, reserve price and image references. We also offer an API endpoint for continuous feed integrations from dealer management systems. Most clients run their first import during the configuration phase as part of onboarding.
What happens if a buyer doesn't pay?
The platform supports bid deposit requirements at registration — buyers pay a refundable deposit to participate, which provides a payment buffer against non-payment. Post-auction, the system tracks payment status per buyer per lot. Non-paying buyers can be flagged, suspended from future events and their deposit applied against any outstanding balance. Consignor reporting reflects actual settled vs. outstanding lots.
